Chocolate Eclair Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box graham crackers
1 large box vanilla instant pudding
1 small tub Cool Whip
chocolate frosting in a tub
Preparation

Prepare pudding according to package directions.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Set aside.
Line bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with graham crackers.
Layer pudding on top, then crackers.
End with graham crackers on top.
Spread chocolate frosting on top.
Refrigerate overnight.
It will all mold together and the graham crackers will be soft.
Cut into squares and serve when ready.
