Fruit Custard Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 juicy apples, sliced or any other fruit (blueberries, peaches, strawberries, etc.)
Preparation
    Mix together ingredients and bake for 45 minutes in a baking pan at 350\u00b0.
    Mix 1 beaten egg, 1/4 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons melted butter.
    Pour over cake and bake 10 minutes longer.
    Cool and serve.
