Sherried Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean stewing beef
    3 Tbsp. Lipton onion soup mix (dry)
    1/2 c. dry sherry
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 small can mushrooms
    freshly ground pepper
    smidgen of garlic and seasoned salt
Preparation
    Place in a casserole in the order given.
    Cover tightly and bake about 3 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4 to 6.
    Serve over noodles or potatoes.
