Spookie Pumpkin Pie (Makes Own Crust) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
13 oz. evaporated milk
16 oz. can mashed pumpkin
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, or to taste
2 tsp. pure vanilla

Preparation

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 9 inch or 10 inch pie plate.
Beat all ingredients until smooth in a blender on high. Pour in pie plate.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, approximately 50 - 55 minutes.
