Kentucky Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white corn syrup
1 c. dark brown sugar
1/3 tsp. salt
1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
3 whole eggs, slightly beaten
1 heaping c. shelled pecans
2 (8-inch) unbaked pie crusts or 1 (9-inch) crust
Preparation

Combine syrup, sugar, salt, butter and vanilla and mix well. Add eggs and mix.
Pour into unbaked pie shells.
Sprinkle pecans over the entire top.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes. When cool, top with Cool Whip if desired or serve with ice cream. If using two pie crusts, add a few more pecans.
