1 pt. fresh raspberries
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. cherry liqueur
2 egg whites
1/2 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Using mixer, combine berries with 1/2 teaspoon sugar and liqueur.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Add remaining sugar and beat a few more seconds.
Add raspberry mixture. Carefully fold in raspberry-egg mixture.
Spoon mixture into chocolate cups and top with fresh berries.
