Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. beef roast (pot, sirloin tip, chuck)
    1 pkg. McCormicks meat marinade (original flavor)
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    meat tenderizer
Preparation
    Cut roast 2 inches thick; pierce with fork.
    Sprinkle with tenderizer.
    Then coat meat with marinade; let set for 15 minutes. Grill on charcoal or gas grill.
    Slice into strips to serve. Taste like prime rib.
