Cajun Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium zucchini, sliced
    2 medium yellow squash, sliced
    2 tomatoes, peeled and quartered
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. dried whole oregano
    1/8 tsp. dried whole thyme
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in oil in a skillet until crisp-tender. Add zucchini and yellow squash; cook mixture over medium-high heat, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and remaining ingredients; cook, stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
    Yield: 6 servings.
