Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp Shortening
4 Pork Chops
Water to Fill Pan
Salt
Pepper

Preparation

Melt shortening in pan.
Add pork chops and brown on both sides.
Fill pan with water.
Cover and let boil dry.
