Bob'S Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe

8 large center cut pork chops
salt and pepper to taste
1 bottle Bulls Eye barbecue sauce
Preparation

Brown pork chops on both sides in a large skillet.
Coat a baking dish with vegetable cooking spray and put the browned chops in.
Combine the barbecue sauce with just enough water to thin it out and pour it over the chops.
Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour or until done.
