Lima Beans Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dried lima beans, cooked
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. diced pimento
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    paprika
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Cook and drain beans (reserve 1/4 cup liquid).
    Saute onion and celery in margarine.
    Stir in 1/4 cup flour.
    Gradually add milk.
    Cook until thick (stirring).
    Stir in 1 cup cheese.
    Add pimento, salt and thyme.
