Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. cooking oil
3 large eggs
1 tsp. soda
3 c. sliced apples
1 1/2 c. nuts
2 c. sugar
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix in order given and pour into greased pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Allow cake to remain in pan and cover with warm topping.
