Beef Stew(No Peeking) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stewing beef
    potatoes
    celery
    onions
    carrots
    parsnips
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Combine meat, vegetables, tapioca and juice.
    Put in greased roasting pan and seal with aluminum foil.
    Put lid on top.
    (Must be well sealed.)
    Place in a 250\u00b0 oven for 5 hours.
    No peeking. Ready to serve.
    May use any other combination of vegetables.
