Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn bread stuffing mix
    1 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Cook chicken in water to cover in large saucepan until tender. Bone and chop chicken.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Combine soup and sour cream in bowl; mix well.
    Spoon over chicken.
    Sprinkle with stuffing mix.
    Drizzle with margarine. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    May substitute 4 chicken breasts for whole chicken.
    Yield: 12 servings.
