Sausage Logs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Bisquick
    1 lb. sausage
    1/4 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and form into small log shapes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until brown.
    Can be frozen before or after baking.
    Good when reheated in microwave.
