Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 pieces bacon, cut
    chopped onion
    1 or 2 eggs
    2 c. cooked rice (not Minute rice)
Preparation
    Stir-fry cut up pieces of bacon (2 or 3) with onion.
    Then scramble in 1 or 2 eggs.
    Add 2 cups of cooked rice (do not use Minute rice for this).
    After stirring a bit, fold in cooked peas (frozen taste best) and mushrooms (if desired).
    Finally, sprinkle with soy sauce.
    Yum!
