Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes chopped broccoli (frozen)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. onions
    crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Thaw broccoli.
    Put in bowl and separate with fork.
    Blend mayonnaise, cheese, eggs and onions.
    Stir in with broccoli.
    Pour mixture into 9 x 12-inch glass baking dish.
    Cover with crushed Ritz crackers or more shredded cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Makes 8 or more servings.
