Grilled Crabcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat, picked, over, cartilage discarded and any liquids squeezed out
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. (or to taste) Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
3 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
all-purpose flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten
bread crumbs
oil for greasing grill
2 to 3 c. parsley sprigs to spread on grill
Mustard Sauce
Preparation

Prepare crabcakes:
Combine crab, 1/4 cup fine bread crumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, pepper and the 3 tablespoons minced parsley in a deep bowl.
Form into six firm patties.
Roll patties in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs.
Roll in bread crumbs.
