Colored Pasta, Rice, Sugar, Etc. - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. vinegar
    20 or more drops food coloring
Preparation
    Mix ingredients for food coloring solution.
    Let liquid cool at room temperature before dipping strung pasta.
    The longer it is submerged, the darker the color will be.
    Hang to dry.
    Color rice, sugar and salt by placing in a jar with mixture.
    Close jar and shake.
