Squash Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. squash, cut in thin slices
    1 c. onions, sliced
    2 bell pepper pimento
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients; let stand for 1 hour.
    In saucepan, bring to a boil the vinegar, sugar and seeds.
    Add squash, onions, peppers and salt.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Place in jars and seal.
