Chocolate Fondue Or Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 large pkg. milk chocolate chips
1 c. cream
4 Tbsp. corn syrup
2 Tbsp. vanilla
6 Tbsp. Kirsch
3 sticks cinnamon
3 bay leaves
1/8 c. whole cloves
1/2 lemon peel (only), broken in pieces
1/2 orange peel (only), broken in pieces

Preparation

An inexpensive cleaner to keep those pots at their height of brilliance is a paste made with:
salt (for abrasion), vinegar (for cleaning) and a little flour to make a paste so it will stay on the pot while you scrub it.
