Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream or yogurt
noodles or rice
Preparation

Cook hamburger and onion in 10-inch skillet.
Stir in soup, salt, garlic, pepper and flour.
Cook 5 minutes stirring constantly.
Stir in soup and heat to boiling; stir constantly. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
Stir in sour cream or yogurt and heat through.
Serve over hot noodles or rice.
