Tabouli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cracked wheat (fine) burghul
    4 bunches scallions
    2 bunches parsley (curly)
    6 lemons
    4 cucumbers
    4 medium tomatoes
    6 Tbsp. oil
    2 tsp. dry mint
    2 tsp. crushed cumin seed
    2 Tbsp. coarse salt
    1 Tbsp. crushed hot red pepper
Preparation
    Chop all vegetables very fine.
    Put cracked wheat in a bowl. Add oil, vegetables, juice of lemons and seasonings.
    Mix all together.
    Marinate in refrigerator a few hours.
    Season again to taste.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
