Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced raw potatoes
    4 slices bacon
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. powdered dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in a small amount of boiling, salted water until tender.
    Drain.
    Cook bacon in a frypan until crisp.
    Remove from pan and chop.
