Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 stick margarine, melted
30 Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Cook and drain broccoli and set aside.
In separate pan, melt and stir cheese and 1/2 stick margarine; then add to broccoli. Mix the melted margarine and crackers together and put on top of casserole.
