Rodney'S Duck Gumbo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

as many ducks as you can get in the pot
10 pods garlic
2 white onions
1 qt. beer
salt and pepper to taste
dash of olive oil
2 large bottles Worcestershire sauce
1/2 large bottle soy sauce
1 large and 1 small bottle red hot, Louisiana or Tabasco sauce
2 large cans whole peeled tomatoes
1 bundle chopped celery
2 large bags cut okra
Preparation

Boil ducks with 6 pods of garlic, onions, beer, salt and pepper until the meat starts to fall off the bone.
If you can, turn the heat off.
Cover pot and let it set overnight or until good and cool.
