Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. Crisco
    1 c. grated cheese
    2/3 c. milk (or more)
Preparation
    Cut Crisco in flour.
    Add cheese.
    Mix into a wet dough with milk.
    Place on floured board and work only enough to handle.
    Cut biscuits and bake at 425\u00b0 until browned.
