Ingredients

1/2 c. bran or wheat germ
2 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar or Splenda
4 c. buttermilk
5 eggs
1/2 c. oil
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients and mix them well!
Lightly spray the skillet.
Then preheat the skillet at moderately high heat.
Mix the liquid ingredients with the dry but do not overmix.
Batter should be lumpy but do not leave dry ingredients in bottom of bowl. Makes 20 (6-inch) pancakes.
