Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 dash pepper
    6 to 8 potatoes
    1 carrot
    1 small onion
    1 stalk celery
    radishes
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 to 3/4 c. mayo
Preparation
    Cook potatoes 20 to 25 minutes (not too soft).
    Peel potatoes and cut into small cubes.
    Mix oil, vinegar, salt and pepper together and pour over potatoes.
    Chill at least 1 hour.
    Add the remaining ingredients and serve.
