Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together and add to beaten eggs, vinegar and water.
    Then add butter.
    Boil until thick like custard.
    May be used this way or thinned with cream to desired consistency.
    It is excellent for potato salad, deviled eggs, etc.
