Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1/2 lb. butter
    3 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. shortening
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put everything at once in large mixing bowl.
    Blend thoroughly and then beat 20 minutes at high speed.
    (Must be 20 minutes for enough air.)
    Pour in large tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
