Ingredients

2 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar; set aside.
In a separate bowl mix together beaten eggs, milk, and oil; add all at once to the dry ingredients, beating only till moistened.
Bake in preheated waffle baker.
Makes 10 to 12 waffles.
