Sweet Bread Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. active dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. margarine or butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
Preparation

Stir yeast into warm water and 1 teaspoon sugar.
In a large bowl, heat milk, margarine, 1/2 cup sugar and salt to about 110\u00b0. Add yeast.
Beat in about 2 cups flour and add eggs (room temperature).
Beat in as much remaining flour as possible. Continue to add remainder gradually, kneading 8 to 10 minutes. Place dough in a large greased bowl.
Cover and let rise in warm place (85\u00b0) until doubled.
Punch down.
Turn out on a lightly floured surface.
May be used for cinnamon rolls, caramel rolls, buns or 2 loaves of bread.
