Fiesta Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 pkg. corn chips
    2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook onion in hot oil until tender.
    Add meat and brown.
    Stir in tomatoes and seasoning.
    Blend eggs and milk.
    Combine with meat mixture.
