Cranberry Salad Molded - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. raw cranberries
1 small apple, cored
1/2 whole orange
1/2 tsp. liquid artificial sweetener
1/2 envelope cherry flavored artificially sweetened gelatin
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Grind cranberries, orange and apple together.
Add liquid artificial sweetener and lemon juice.
When gelatin begins to set, stir in cranberry mixture and pour into square pan.
Chill until set.
Serve on lettuce leaf. Yield:
4 servings.
