Breakfast Hot Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. herbed croutons
2 c. shredded sharp cheese
2 lb. sausage
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 c. milk
1 c. mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
Preparation

Place croutons in dish; top with cheese.
Cook sausage; drain. Put on top of cheese.
Mix eggs, mustard, milk, mushrooms and soup; pour over sausage.
May be refrigerated overnight and reheated.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
