Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, partially frozen
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix margarine with potatoes.
    In separate bowl mix sour cream, onion, soup,
    cheese,
    salt
    and
    pepper.
    Combine with potatoes and
    put
    in
    a 3-quart casserole dish.
    Drizzle with margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
