Good Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar (white)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    few grains of pepper
Preparation
    Beat eggs, then add sugar, salt, vinegar, butter, pepper and mustard.
    Cook until thickened and clear.
    Makes 1 cup.
    Can be used to coat lettuce leaves or used cold in place of mayonnaise for salads.
