Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/4 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat oil in a skillet and brown the chicken.
Set aside the chicken and spoon off fat.
In skillet, combine soup, milk, lemon juice and pepper.
Heat to boiling.
Return chicken to skillet and cover and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
Serves 4.
