Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. + 2 1/2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, eggs and 1/3 cup sugar and beat well. Add chocolate chips and set this mixture aside.
    In another bowl, mix together flour, 1 1/2 cups sugar and cocoa.
    Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla and beat well.
    Grease muffin tins and line with papers.
    Fill 1/3 full with chocolate mixture, then add 1 teaspoon cream cheese (mixture) in center.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Frost if desired.
    Suitable for freezing.
