Tzatziki(Cucumber And Yogurt Dip) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    1 c. Greek yogurt
    1 medium cucumber, peeled and small diced
    2 tsp. finely chopped fresh mint
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    kalamata olives
    slices of toasted pita bread
Preparation
    Whisk the olive oil, vinegar, garlic and yogurt together. Season with salt and pepper. Fold the cucumber and mint into the mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Serve with black olives and slices of toasted pita bread. Yield: About 2 1/2 cups.
