Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1/4 c. Key lime juice
grated peel from 1 Key lime
2 eggs, separated
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Blend condensed milk, lime juice and grated peel. Add egg yolks and extra egg. Blend well. Pour into crust. Beat egg whites until stiff (but not dry), gradually adding sugar and beating constantly. Swirl meringue over filling. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Chill and decorate before serving.
