Barbecue Pork With Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) pork loin (center cut)
    2 c. ketchup
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. white vinegar
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 Tbsp. table salt
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Cook pork loin at 375\u00b0.
    Insert meat thermometer.
    Place pork loin in brown and cook bag.
    Cook until meat thermometer reaches desired temperature for pork.
    (Look on thermometer for pork indicator.)
    Be sure pork is completely thawed prior to cooking. After pork is completely done, allow to cool and remove fat. Slice and place in food processor to grind meat to small pieces.
