Frozen Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Do not peel cucumbers.
    Slice thin.
    Soak slices in water to cover with 1 heaping tablespoonful salt added.
    Soak for 1 hour. Drain.
    Add chopped onion and chopped green pepper.
    Mix sugar with vinegar and add celery seed and mustard seed.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Pour over cucumbers and freeze in plastic containers.
