Lima Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dried lima beans
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. diced green pepper
    4 c. stewed tomatoes
    1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Cover beans with water; soak overnight.
    Drain.
    Cover beans with water; simmer until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients; pour into casserole.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Add ham or fried bacon in small pieces if desired.
