Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix (without pudding)
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. applesauce
1 c. chopped raisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Blend all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; beat for 4 minutes.
Pour into greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
Cool in pan (upright) for 15 minutes and remove.
Dust with confectioners sugar when cool. Keeps very well in refrigerator for days and also freezes well.
