Bailey Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck or ground turkey
    1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. chopped onions
    4 very large cloves garlic
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place ground chuck in a large mixing bowl.
    Add ginger, soy sauce, onions and pepper.
    Mix together well.
    Squash garlic through garlic press into mixture.
    Blend well.
    Form mixture into patties and cook on grill, in oven or Jet Stream to preference. Top with desired burger toppings.
    Makes 8 burgers.
