Yummy Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 jar (5 oz.) Old English sharp cheese
1 jar (5 oz.) olive and pimento cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 to 4 shakes Tabasco sauce

Preparation

Form into ball, roll in finely chopped pecans and serve with crackers.
