Lemon Gelatin Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    2 small pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 large can pineapple juice
    1 qt. ginger ale
    2 c. boiling water
    6 oz. frozen lemon juice
    1 small bottle almond extract
Preparation
    Boil sugar and water and add to gelatin, mixing well.
    Add lemon juice, pineapple juice, almond extract and ginger ale.
    Add enough water to make 6 quarts.
    Chill.
    Pour over Ice Ring in punch bowl.
