Ricotta Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    8 small flour tortillas
Preparation
    Combine cheeses in a bowl.
    Divide mixture evenly between 4 tortillas.
    Top with remaining tortillas.
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0. Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook until lightly browned on both sides, 1 to 2 minutes.
    Transfer to cookie sheet and keep warm in oven.
    Repeat with remaining Quesadillas.
    Cut into quarters before serving.
